But they’re more than just entertainment! Guest illustrations offer a unique way for guests to pause, watch, and marvel as moments of your day are transformed into hand-drawn art. This creates excitement, sparks conversation, and adds a touch of elegance that feels personal to each guest.

The lively, creative atmosphere encourages connection and captures the essence of your wedding in a way photography alone can’t. Guests can watch the magic unfold in real time, making the experience both engaging and memorable.

After your wedding, each illustration is completed with care and delivered as a polished keepsake—providing a timeless artistic record of your celebration that guests and couples alike will treasure for years to come.

  • 1. Strike a Pose

    Guests visit the illustration station and take a quick photo using the kiosk. This simple step keeps the line moving smoothly while capturing the perfect reference for their custom illustration. The kiosk allows me to seemlessly collect the guests information while sending themselves a copy of the photograph.

  • 2. Watch the Art Unfold

    Illustrations are started live during the reception. A display screen allows guests to watch the artwork come to life. The creative process naturally draws a crowd and becomes part of the entertainment. Guests will be talking about this experience months after the event is over!

  • 3. Finished with Care

    Illustrations completed on-site will be available for pick up and the remaining illustrations will be mailed to you within 2 weeks. Each piece is refined and polished to ensure every guest receives a beautiful keepsake from your celebration.

    All guest illustrations are created live and completed during your celebration. Once reference photos have been captured, no additional guests will be accommodated. A same-day package upgrade may be available upon request, pending time and capacity.

    • Up to 40 guest Illustrations total

    • Up to 30 guest illustrations completed day-of

    • Additional illustrations completed in studio and mailed for delivery within 2 weeks of event date

  • During your reception, guests are invited to pose for a custom illustration. A select number are sketched live during the celebration, creating an interactive artistic experience your guests can watch unfold. The remaining portraits are thoughtfully completed in the studio after the wedding to ensure each illustration is beautifully finished.

  • Because each illustration is created by hand, a limited number can be completed live during the wedding. I will provide an estimate for you based on hours of service. Additional guest portraits are finished in the studio afterward, allowing every piece to receive the time and attention it deserves.

  • Each illustration takes approximately 8-15 minutes to complete depending on how many people are in the image and the complexity or detail involved.

  • A small artist station is set up at your venue where guests can stop by, pose, and watch the artwork come to life. The setup is designed to blend beautifully into your reception while creating a unique conversation piece for your guests.

  • The illustrations are a modern, elegant style that focuses on fashion and the overall moment rather than detailed facial features. This creates a timeless and stylish keepsake that highlights each guest’s outfit and personality.

  • Some illustrations created live may be available during the reception, while others are completed in the studio after the wedding. Finished pieces are then delivered to the couple so they can share them with their guests.

  • Completed illustrations are shipped to you within 1-2 weeks after your wedding. Then you can send them out to your guests with you thank you cards or hand them out personally.

  • Absolutely. Live illustration naturally draws a crowd as guests watch the artwork develop throughout the evening. It becomes both a memorable experience and a meaningful keepsake from your celebration.
